Because there is much that is still unknown about the COVID-19 virus, we have taken the following measures to limit our contact with the public and enforce sensible social distancing practices as recommended by the Los Angeles County Department of Health and the CDC:
Effective immediately, our office will be closed to walk-in traffic and available by appointment only. Please call our office if you wish to make an appointment at (626) 448-7882.
Many of our team members have children or immediate family that has been impacted by schools closing. Therefore, all members of the RamonaPro team will be working in and out of the office. However, as previously stated, team members are available by appointment only.
Non-emergency and non-essential maintenance will be postponed and rescheduled on a case by case basis. To request maintenance, the request must be in writing either through your tenant portal or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Maintenance requests submitted by phone will not be accepted or acknowledged except in an emergency where property or health is in immediate danger. Tenants reporting emergency maintenance should call (626) 448-8904.
Non-essential inspections and inspections of occupied properties have been suspended until April 30th.
We are encouraging you to enroll or activate your Tenant portal to send Maintenance requests and pay rent online. If you need assistance with your online portal, please don’t hesitate to call our office at (626) 448-7882.
