Landlord Verification Request

Ramona Property Managers, Inc. frequently receives requests from mortgage companies and other landlords asking us to verify a tenant’s rental history. Usually they want this information filled out and returned to them immediately (if not sooner).

We are happy to help - it's what we do; however, we require a $40.00 processing fee in order to cover the costs and time associated in performing this service.

Landlord Verifications for tenants under an active lease, will not be provided until tenancy is within 90 days of the end of lease;
Landlord Verifications can be provided for prior tenants, within 36 months, of the end date of tenancy with Ramona Property Managers, Inc.
