Tenant selection is a critical aspect of property management. At Ramona Property Managers, we understand that placing a high-quality, long-term resident who pays rent on time and takes care of the property benefits everyone involved.

Our industry-leading screening process, which has processed over 20,000 rental applications, enables us to identify the ideal residents while avoiding problematic ones. As a result, over 95% of our tenants consistently pay their rent each month, and our eviction rate remains below 1% per year.

In the rare event that we do encounter a tenant who fails to pay rent, we collaborate with our specialized attorney to manage all necessary notifications, paperwork, and court appearances. Rest assured, we handle the legal aspects of eviction professionally and efficiently.

During the vacancy period of a property, we do not charge any type of minimum management fee. Our management fee is solely based on a percentage of the actual rental amount we collect. This means that when your property is vacant, you are not required to pay any management fees.
