The majority of our residents utilize our easy-to-access Tenant Portal to pay their monthly rent. This user-friendly platform allows tenants to make payments conveniently and securely online.
We expect tenants to make their rental payments by the first day of each month, though bank holidays and weekends may sometimes cause slight delays in the rent collection process.
Our dedicated, full-time staff diligently tracks tenant payments on a daily basis. This proactive approach enables us to promptly address any non-payments or instances of NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) payments if they occur.
We are proud to report that 99.5% of our tenants consistently pay their rent on time each month. However, in the rare event that a tenant fails to fulfill their rental obligations, we have fair but stringent rent collection policies in place, ensuring compliance with state law requirements.
Our accounting month concludes on the last business day of each month. Once the accounting is finalized, we issue your funds through ACH (Automated Clearing House) directly to your preferred bank account. This method ensures a swift and secure transfer of funds.
