Our comprehensive leasing process consists of eight stages, including pre-qualifying and pre-approval stages. Allow us to guide you through our streamlined and secure process:
Initial Inquiry:
Upon receiving an inquiry, we promptly respond and provide tenant leads with the necessary information about our available properties.
Pre-Qualifying Stage:
We require prospective tenants to complete a pre-qualifying questionnaire. This step helps us determine if they meet the basic requirements.
Application Submission:
After being pre-qualified, prospects are invited to submit a complete application package. This includes necessary documents such as identification, proof of income, and proof of legal sources of income.
Application Review:
Our experienced team carefully reviews the application package to evaluate qualifications and confirm an applicant meets our leasing criteria.
Property Viewing:
Qualified applicants are invited to view the property in person. This step allows applicant to experience the space firsthand and determine if it meets their needs.
Pre-Approval:
If the home is a good fit and the applicant wants to move forward, we initiate the pre-approval process. This involves conducting background checks, credit history verification, verifying rental history, and verifying the legal source of income.
Approval:
One an applicant is approved, we invite them to provide a holding deposit and schedule an appointment to review and sign the lease agreement. The holding desposit is converted to the security deposit once the lease is signed.
Lease Signing and Move-In:
Once the lease agreement is signed and all necessary payments are made, you have a tenant.
