Maintenance Request

where life, health, or safety is at risk

Maintenance requests must be submitted in writing. The easiest way to submit a maintenance request in writing is through our Tenant Portal Services where tenants can submit and track status of maintenance requests.

If signing up for our Tenant Portal Activation Services is not an option at this time, please complete our Maintenance Request Form. Requests are handled in the order they are received and are processed with response times as our goals (not guarantees).

Please note target response times may be subject to delays caused by vendor and/or schedule overload, emergencies, or other events beyond our control.

  • Name and Address must match our tenant database or your maintenance will not be scheduled.
  • Name on Maintenance Request Form must be on lease or rental agreement or your maintenance will not be scheduled.
  • Ramona Property Managers, Inc. relies on servicing vendor to determine cause of service call.
  • If your service call is a result of ‘Damages’, then you are responsible for cost or repairs and/or replacements.
  • Maintenance is NOT on a first-come, first-serve basis. Ramona Property Managers, Inc. will schedule and follow up as soon as possible with no guarantees regarding service time.
